Eric and Sharla met at IBM Learning Services in 1995 and they’ve been working together ever since. They relocated to Scottsdale, AZ then Chicago, IL before moving back to Minnesota where they started their family. After 17 successful years in corporate America, the demands of business travel lost out to the joys of family life and Eric and Sharla launched Stafford Family Realtors® in 2004.
