A self proclaimed real estate marketing geek, Eric works with real estate agents to create a digital marketing strategy to generate more business. Eric has been part of the management team at First Team Long Beach since 2018. During that time, the Long Beach office has grown their sales volume by 230%. Eric is a Southern California native and a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, holding a degree in Computer Science. Prior to joining First Team, Eric worked as a Systems and Network Engineer for PropertyFirst, LoopNet, and Costar for 14 years.


Optimizing campaigns that will target better clients, building a customer database, and automating a system that can help turn prospects into actual home buyers is his specialty. He supports the agents in his Long Beach office by showing agents how they can use the internet to attract and convert leads with a proven system that works, using First Team's broker-paid tools and systems.
