Having known Eric for years, it was a great surprise to discover that he was a realtor as I was in need. My circumstances kept changing, and issues had to be addressed and he rolled with the punches, and we made it in the end. He had great patience but also assured all the bases were covered. Communication was very easy and his follow through is exceptional. You will be pleased with his true desire to help achieve your goals, even when you aren't sure what that is!

Eric was attentive and responsive to my needs. He ensured that that the process to lease my home was tailored to my needs. He was flexible, responsive and made himself available when necessary. Eric was exceptional for our business as we were looking for a commercial property to rent. He was in constant communication with me from start to finish and helped make sure the deal got done. Eric was always responsive and quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to get the paperwork together when schedules were conflicting due to a vacation. Eric Wade is straight up the MAN. I don't think you will find another realtor that will go the extra mile for you. He recently listed my house for sale and it went from listing to settlement day in 45 days. He recommended a price and said we would get multiple offers and it would sell for over asking price. He was right. We did infact get multiple offers and it did sell for over asking price. I really don't think I would have been able to get out of the home before settlement day with out Eric. He and his crew helped me clean out the basement. He did yard work to make it look more presentable. He even powerwashed my house. And then on moving day he and his crew moved me out and then unloaded at my destination. He's a family man and a great guy. You will not be disappointed with Eric Wade. Thank you Eric.

Before working with Eric, we had gotten nowhere with buying a home. Immediately after starting with him, we started looking at houses. He did not give up (we had a very competitive price range) even when we had no luck finding one. The loan officer he recommended was so much help through all of this as well! He is very honest, kind, and overall a great person/realtor! We finally got a home at the end of May! I HIGHLY recommend Eric when buying a home!

My girlfriend and I thought it was time to purchase a vacation home. We did the usual Internet searching, found the area that we were interested in and decided to look for a realtor to step up and help us. Eric volunteered quickly and we made plans on the weekend to begin looking at properties. Eric set up a schedule and we followed him through the various properties. He allowed us to take the needed time that we wished to see each property. He was not pushy at all and gave us much professional advice on each.

By the end of the day we knew which place we wanted and he took us back there to have a second look. For the next couple weeks he took our offers to the sellers and answered any questions we had. He was available to chat with us whether day or night and on even on the weekends. We really felt he was there for us and with us.

The day of the settlement Eric took us back to the property for a final walkthrough to make sure all inclusions were met before going on to close on the property.

We really felt Eric was by our side the whole time. It was comforting having someone who was seriously looking out for us. Eric, you are welcome anytime to stop by for a cold one at our new vacation property. Thank you very much!

Went out of his way to assist in helping find my mom a place, even went out of his way to show her a rental that was not even his as well as checked in with me to see if she had found one!!! Eric is absolutely amazing at what he does! I was in a crunch trying to find a rental at the last minute for me and my family and he reached out to me out of no where (god sent) saying he wanted to help me and would do everything he possibly could to make sure I had a home! He had seen me commenting on Facebook sites interested in rentals. My stress was high and he made the whole process stress free! Within days of speaking to him I was approved for a rental through his agency. The process was so simple and he communicated on a daily basis with me to check in. I highly recommend him if you need assistance with renting or even buying a home he’s great!! Definitely 5 stars!
