Eric was helpful, knowledgeable and patient! He had lots of energy and was willing to use it to my benefit. I am not sure how many homes he showed me over the course of the six months he helped me, but I know he wrote 5 contracts and negotiated with other realtors until we finally found a home that would work. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

I purchased as a first time home buyer using Eric; looking at houses he was very honest with his opinions towards propertys/didn't sugar coat the truth to make propertys more appealing than they were. He provided the listing in my area that matched my criteria, While never being agressive or pushing me to go for houses I looked at. He also has a vast list of experienced professionals who all go above and beyond.You can do your own research and find your own, but if it's your first home, the process can be a bit daunting and it's nice to have a plan in place for every step. This man is not just good at his job, he is down right impressive. It was crazy watching his gears turn when we would walk up to a prospective house. Instantly he is noticing every single little detail. His expertise are second to none. Eric found us the perfect home, and he did it under an extreme time crunch. He made the impossible happen. If and when we sell our house, I will not use anyone but him. Amazing, amazing, amazing!
