Eric was wonderful! He was both persistent and patient, taking me to see apartments in the first neighborhood I was considering and then in another, better, location where I did not think I could afford anything. When the first apartment I put an offer on turned out to have problems, he helped me move on to another and went out of his way to see things at unusual hours and to get me the apartment I wanted. He also helped with the legal side, and again was patient and persistent when some problems on the sellers’ side arose. I felt that Eric was really on my side and wanted me to find a lovely place that would be a family home for a long time and also a great investment.

I relocated back to NYC in September of 2021. While excited to return home, I was lost in the NYC real estate market and could not say what borough, let alone neighborhood, I wanted to live in.
I called the Corcoran office and spoke with Eric Weiser about an open house and a few questions I had. Eric further engaged me, and we began a conversation about life. The things I loved, the places I had lived. He shared neighborhoods he liked and the up-and-coming ones to watch. Not once did Eric define my life as my income, title or even ask if I was married. He listened to what I valued, built a client relationship, and gave vision to a the new home I did not yet know.

Finding a home you love in New York City is hard, the process exhausting. The difference was choosing to work wth Eric. I let Eric do his job. I engaged with him and often times was forced to admit that what I often said I wanted - was only what I was saying.. I wanted a different outcome and I got that by choosing Eric Weiser
