Personal service, Fair treatment, and Honesty are the corner stone principles that Eric has built his businesses on. Eric was a REALTOR previously until another adventure took him away for a while. He has always kept his license up to date and stayed an active member in the EUP Board of Realtors as an Affiliate Member as the owner of a local home inspection company. Eric is one of the current owners of the Sears Hometown Store in Sault Ste. Marie and has built various businesses within the last few years. These include a promotions company, UP Beat Entertainment, and Independent Food Service Consulting that he works with his significant other - Christine Stutzner.

With a background in residential and commercial building inspections in two states and having experience as an active REALTOR and as a retired member of United States Armed Forces, he is no stranger to the processes, trials, or tribulations of buying and selling a home or relocating to a new area, whether for civilian or government work. This gives him a very unique perspective and strong knowledge base that is very beneficial to his clients, whether you are moving in from out of the area or from just down the road.

Eric has received an Associate degree in Criminal Justice - Law Enforcement from Lake Superior State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Ashford University. Eric and Christine live at their "Happy Place" in Brimley with Tyler and Madison Welch.
