Eric “Woody” Woodward is a San Jose native with over 35 years of experience and knowledge in the community. Prior to founding Upswing Real Estate, Woody co-founded Short Circuit, a San Jose-based electronics repair facility and grew it into the second largest repair facility for Nissan & Infiniti automobiles nationwide. He then transitioned his entrepreneurial pursuits to real estate and quickly became a top producer for a leading real estate brokerage in the South Bay.
