Originally from California, Erica loves to travel to anywhere with a beach destination. Her favorite island thus far has been US Virgin Islands. Outside of travel and real estate ,Erica is one of three siblings, the only girl! She recently had to share her spotlight when her first ever niece who was born in July. Luckily her brother and sister in law relocated to Texas, where Erica helped them purchase their first home in the great state.
