Erica Carlile

As a native to Seattle, Erica Carlile has grown up and lived all of her life in the PNW. She loves being able to spend time at their beaches or explore back in the mountains for a day, or for a weekend.

Growing up, they never moved, she was always jealous of friends moving, of two-story houses, of garages or picket fences. She redesigned their house time and time again; their attic as her bedroom, the carport conversion to a family room with access to a second story, a fully fenced backyard so that they could have a dog. When that was not enough her grandma took her through open houses on Sundays, just for fun. She will never forget walking into her first open house with her. Thinking that one day she would be the one selling houses.

Before deciding to begin a life in real estate she had spent the last eight years managing a retail store on the Eastside. Year after year she continued to climb the corporate ladder, growing, and improving the business. She came to realize it was not for her, it was not her passion.

In 2014 she obtained her broker’s licenses and began her real estate career with Keller Williams Bellevue. She joined a national short sale team, HomeHelper Consultants, taking lead and mentorship from Wes Jones. After spending time on both the short sale team and as a solo agent, she finds herself back in partnership with Wes, doing what they love - creating opportunities for their clients to find their dream homes.
