Erica Davis

Erica knew from a young age that she wanted to sell Real Estate. Her sales experience started at the ripe age of 10 when she was the top cookie sales girl in her Girl Scout troop. After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School, Erica obtained her Real Estate license and sold her first house at age 19. For the next several years she would become one of the top agents in her company, Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, earning the International Diamond Society Award. After taking a few years off to start a family and a successful small business in the food service industry, Erica decided to go back to the career that fueled her passion. Erica’s sincere interest, curiosity and enthusiasm in meeting and understanding people provide her the means to creatively interview her customers and learn their wants + values. A natural brainstormer, Erica’s unique approach helps her develop marketing and home-search options that clients find entertaining + inspiring. Erica is proud to be a Jacksonville, FL native and currently resides in the Murray Hill area with her long-time boyfriend, Joe, their 4 year old son, Quentin and their beloved pit bull mix, Kotton. She has a strong commitment to community involvement, participating in many local events and clubs. As an avid Yoga practitioner, a meditator and a self-improvement junkie, Erica has the tools to remain calm and optimistic in all walks of life.
