Combined with 15+ years of real estate experience, Erica Joy’s education in Business Administration & Marketing Management from the University of California, Riverside has given her a successful career in leading, creating, and executing scalable systems in Real Estate Operations across several Westside real estate companies. She brings with her strong relationships within the real estate industry and with business professionals that she has cultivated through the years.

Erica Joy is also a graduate of the USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism, which allows her to combine her education and business acumen to help her clients achieve their business goals.
