Erica Larson

Erica is a professional real estate advisor who is client focused having spent years working in customer service. She is extremely driven and will not stop working until you are more than satisfied with the outcome. After more than 10 years of working with children and families from central CT, Erica possesses an easy going friendly attitude partnered with a fierce loyalty to those she serves. Graduating with an MS in organizational psychology Erica has an intense focus on detail and the skills to negotiate fervently on behalf of her clients. A graduate of Cornell University, and the University of Hartford, Erica is an active life-long learner always eager to gain new knowledge and perspective on important issues in the real estate world and beyond. She is also actively engaged in her community through various programs including being on the board of Leading Ladies, a group committed to helping women and girls in need of immediate assistance within the Southington community. As a life-long resident of Southington she has strong community and family ties to the area. When she is not in the office, Erica can always be reached via phone to serve her clients, though she may be out spending time with her beloved dog Jasper, or finding a great new spot to eat around the state.
