I appreciated how hard Erica worked to help me buy my first home. She was truly on my side but honest about what to expect from the other side. She was relentless in working with an uncooperative seller agent to bring the deal to a close, and it wouldn't have happened without her. Even after the sale finished, she still was available for questions and never seemed to lose patience with me. Thank you Erica!

Erica is great. Not pushy, met every need and not in a rush to make a sale.
We had to take month and a half pause in the search and she was very quick and eager to start showing more houses for us.
I had a unique situation in which the first lender fell through, she found us the perfect lender to figure how to get it done.

Erica is the absolute BEST! Our sale and purchase of homes this past 5 months was hit with every conceivable and inconceivable issue that there could ever possibly be. However, Erica fought for us and our best interest every single time. She was always quick to respond and took all the time in the world to explain things to us. She would drop what she was doing in her own life/family to work around our special needs and schedules to get us into houses for viewings. We can't say enough wonderful things about Erica! We would and have recommended her to anyone that ask. She was originally referred to us by another friend, who said Erica was awesome and we would LOVE working with her, they were not wrong!
