Erica is a joy to work with. She brings a wealth of market and industry knowledge that enables her to overcome any obstacle to the sales process. I am grateful she was able to surmount all of the challenges associated with selling my home. She also has the drive and work ethic to schedule more showings than I thought was possible, and she maintains a calm and steady guiding hand from start to finish. Since I live in another state, she had to shoulder this burden alone and she did so admirably. She is an exceptionally warm person in addition to her professional expertise. I am so glad I found her.

Our most recent home purchase was not our first rodeo, this was our 3rd Home, but my first home purchase as an Attending Physician. I was extremely busy with my new job as a Hospitalist, and Erica definitely tried her best to assist me in any way possible. From responding to my late text messages and calls, to scheduling last minute viewings, she was unbelievably efficient! She always went above and beyond our expectations, she is truly good at what she does and her breadth of knowledge definitely comes in handy if you're a first time buyer. I will surely be purchasing more investment homes in the future and will ONLY use Erica when purchasing in NY!!!

This is one realtor who truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Erica Nevins guides you through the process of finding a new home and makes excellent recommendations. This realtor pays attention to your criteria and filters through the available home sales suggesting only what you're looking for. After finally finding a home, Erica waited a reasonable time for us to unpack and settle in and then paid a visit to me. She presented me with a house-warming gift that outdid any others I received. She had a hand-painted picture of my old home done with every detail included and it was framed and ready to hang! I highly recommend Erica as your realtor! Her knowledge and skill in this market is only exceeded by her caring in finding just the right home for you!
