Erica Oliver

I have lived in the Triangle for over 11 years. I grew up in Greensboro, went to college in Greenville, and then made it about halfway back to Raleigh after graduation. I have a BS in Interior Design from East Carolina University. Go PIRATES! I was working for a new home builder as a design center coordinator when I caught the Real Estate bug and got my license. I worked as an On-Site Sales Agent for new home builders several years before deciding to go into general brokerage. Needless to say I have extensive knowledge in new construction. I have been practicing real estate since 2005.
