I am the managing broker of the Westwood-Medfield-Needham Regional office. Together, our office is the top-selling office in the area and is affiliated with a great group of agents that live and work in Westwood, Needham, Medfield, Norwood, Dedham, Dover, Needham, Walpole, Norfolk, Millis, and surrounding towns. My agents benefit from the support of sales support administrators, transaction coordinators, and field marketing specialists. I see my role as a business strategy guide, not a manager. I believe my job is to offer motivation, education, and inspiration to the agents. I have been managing offices for Coldwell Banker Realty since 1999. My goal is to help agents do things that they can't do on their own.
