100% recommend Erica if you are in the market for buying/selling in the Lexington area. As first time home buyers, the process seemed overwhelming and daunting to us — we hads lots of questions!! Erica’s knowledge, expertise and calm demeanor instantly made me feel at ease. We met for coffee to discuss what exactly we were looking for and we were immediately viewing properties. Erica’s strengths lie in her negotiation skills, her contacts (she has a company recommendation for EVERYTHING) and her timely communication skills. She was also super contract saavy and had back-up offers in the works for us. We were never wondering “what’s next” throughout our time working together. I could not recommend Erica enough. We found a house online we were very interested in that we knew would be competitive to get. Based on reviews here on Zillow we decided to call her. She was able to show us the house and get an offer in the next day. There were three offers in on the house after barely two days on the market, and thanks to Erica's guidance our offer was accepted.
