From my first phone call from Erich, I knew he was real. He didn`t become an agent for the paycheck, he became an agent to find his clients their dream home in a safe location within their own budget. That was my assessment from the very first phone call! He only continued to impress me during my personal home search. At every home we viewed together, he was an active participant. He had the knowledge of things to look for and could for see potential problems down the road. I really appreciated this, as I was a first time home buyer. Erich is unique in the way he is able to add his own personal touch to each individualized offer. The Columbus market is unbelievably competitive!! Erich adds small yet very appealing details that will get your offer to the top of the stack!! Trust me there will be a stack!!!
