Erick did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. He made the move from Coast to Coast a seamless one for my family and I. The short notification of our move due to the military was no problem for Erick, as he put us in contact with mortgage lenders, title companies, and contractors that could do immediate work on our dream home. He showed us a total of 10 houses after sending over a listing of over 110 and objectively critiqued each one to better establish what to look for in a purchasing a house. After only 30 days, we closed on our house and are officially first time homeowners! If you’re in the DMV area looking to purchase a home for the first time or in general, you will not be disappointed with Erick! I strongly encourage anyone to give him a chance to show you how he goes above and beyond as a realtor!

While purchase of my first home was very easy. I was on the fence about selling it, considering the emotional attachment, and the work that was needed to house. However Erick Burke made the selling of my first home very easy. Since I was not in the right place to want to deal with it emotionally, he kindly took the role and assured me that he will coordinate the repairs and the entire sell of the transaction.
