While purchase of my first home was very easy. I was on the fence about selling it, considering the emotional attachment, and the work that was needed to house. However Erick Burke made the selling of my first home very easy. Since I was not in the right place to want to deal with it emotionally, he kindly took the role and assured me that he will coordinate the repairs and the entire sell of the transaction. Very reliable, and extremely forward thinking. I couldn’t be more grateful for the services he provided!

Erick is a phenomenal realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients (and he certainly did for me). He was always available whenever I needed him or had a question—and would always make himself available to look at a home. At a point when I was just about to give up and take a pause (not due to Erick but because of the market) Erick came through and made things happen (quickly).
