professional licenses in securities, insurance, real estate, and
finance. His professional background includes roles as a managing
partner/owner of a mortgage brokerage, financial planner, commodities
trader, construction project manager, insurance sales manager and real
estate investor. Erik brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to
his real estate practice and his consistent record of success reflects
a mastery of negotiation and a deep understanding of customer needs.
