Erik Blinn has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and has an intricate knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding communities. His experience in new construction, development and rehabs has given him a sharp eye for recognizing quality workmanship and value. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and brings the same level of enthusiasm to each and every client experience. He is committed to skillfully guiding you through the purchase or sale of a home, managing all aspects of the process from day one to closing, and strives to make the process as simple and easy as possible.

Erik is a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer and has been awarded the Platinum Award. He is a member of Baird & Warner’s highest designation, Founder’s Club. Prior to becoming a part of the Baird & Warner team, Erik worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange handling multi-million dollar transactions and applies his negotiating skills today to get his clients the best value.

Erik grew up in Wheaton and has lived in Chicago for over 20 years. When not involved in real estate, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Erik attended the University of Illinois and considers himself an active and proud alum. You may see him at a sporting event around the city, as he is an avid Chicago baseball, basketball, hockey, and football fan. He also enjoys scoping out new restaurants and drinking wine.
