Erik Dreher

The real estate process can be stressful, but Erik Dreher wants to help you enjoy the experience as much as possible. As a careful listener, he works very hard to help his clients identify and realize their specific real estate goals.

In addition to owning and managing rental properties in the East Bay, Erik has also renovated and sold several personal homes in the area. He has learned a lot about property management and home construction, and he has extensive experience in landscape design. He is happy to share his knowledge with his clients.

As an agent, Erik’s comfortable getting his hands dirty, crawling under a house or getting on the roof. He can supply great references for any work that needs doing and he is happy to help organize the project.

Erik moved to San Francisco at the age of thirteen and promptly fell in love with the city. After studying Art History at UCSC, he moved to the East Bay in order to pursue a master's degree in Landscape Architecture at UC Berkeley. He worked for 15 years in landscape design on many large residential and institutional projects.

Currently, he lives in Berkeley with his wife and their two children. They are East Bay converts and feel very lucky to be raising them in such a great community. He still loves garden design and native plants — you will likely find him hanging around in a local plant nursery in his spare time.
