We have been working on finding the right house for three years, and Erik was honest, patient, detail orientated, and all around the most helpful guy that anybody could ask for. He did not press or pressure us into anything that would not be beneficial. He really helped us feel extremely comfortable, and was seeing more as a friend than just a realtor. It seems easy to think about selling your house as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner). And, maybe through word-of-mouth or by the luck of an interested neighbor, you might make that happen. But you are also not casting a wide net to attract potential buyers. A "bidding war" for a seller's property can only happen if there are multiple interested parties. Erik advised that we sell a home at a certain price, confident that it would attract multiple visitors and multiple offers. Literally, within two minutes of the property hitting all the real estate websites there were three scheduled viewings. We could not have coordinated that rush of interest and scheduling if we had taken it on ourselves, without a realtor. But that was just getting the ball rolling. We had more than forty showings over just three days, and Erik wisely suggested we tell all realtors that we were going to have a next-day noon deadline. In the end we had eight offers. Erik identified the most serious of all offers, and his instinct was correct. Yes, the thought of a commission might be a disincentive for some sellers, but it makes no financial sense. By listing the property—and by having a realtor who has been through the process many, many times, as Erik has—we made substantially more than if we had gone the FSBO route. Erik was quick to reply to every text, e-mail, and voicemail (and keep in mind, we weren't his only clients), and we could not have been more satisfied with the way he coordinated everything from beginning to end. From listing to closing was all of 30 days. Great job, Erik!

Eric Jensen is a phenomenal agent. He is caring and helpful and in my case smoothed out a very difficult sale. The buyer and her agent were very contentious and caused a lot of problems, not the least hiring an inspector who knew nothing about plumbing costing me a lot of money unnecessarily. Eric was there for me 100% of the way and took care of things no other realtor would even think to do. I can't say enough good things about Eric Jensen. If you are buying or selling you are in great hands with him.

Erik is without a doubt, the best person I have ever worked with. Always on top of the game and kept in touch with me on any updates or information I requested of him, and was lightning fast with solutions to our issues that arose. When our big bank lender fell through very close to closing on our home, he found us a local lender that got us approved for a loan in a fraction of the time compared to our previous lender, and with much less a headache.
