Erik born and raised in the beautiful Rockland, Maine and currently lives in the beautiful and charismatic Cushing, Maine. In the past, he has served in the military and as a professional photographer, where he has traveled the entire state and worked with children, families, and in the school systems. He also worked as a state of Maine employee as a Correction Officer for over 18 years, learning problem solving and critical interpersonal skills. He became an Associate Broker in 1998, and is a member of NAR, MAR, Midcoast Board of Realtors, and the Pen Bay Council. While his career has been versatile, he believes all of these experiences have united to create a strong skill set that can help clients find the perfect place to live.
When not on the clock, he has raised five beautiful children and now have nine grandchildren. His family is the center of his world — he genuinely believes they are what makes a house a home. He enjoys helping people buy or sell their first homes and specialize in waterfront property, land, multi-units, and single-family homes. He excels in helping clients with municipal planning boards, subdivision, and land use. His vast knowledge of the local area and the ability to provide a wide list of contractors, inspectors, and financing alternatives will make clients' transition as seamless as possible.
