Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Erik Michor fulfilled a lifelong dream by relocating to Florida with his family in 2017. Shortly after moving, Erik became a real estate professional, collaborating with buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors starting in 2018. He currently serves the real estate markets in the Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast areas and is enthusiastic about sharing his love for Florida’s natural beauty while providing exceptional client care.

Erik values clear, consistent communication and client convenience. He is attentive to his clients’ unique needs and prioritizes establishing meaningful, long-term client relationships. As a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Agent, Erik participates in the nonprofit organization of the same name to help firefighters, EMS workers, law enforcement officers, military personnel, health care professionals, and teachers save money on their real estate investments. Through this program, he donates a percentage of his gross profit in support of local heroes.

Erik has been in the customer service industry his entire career and has a strong professional background in customer service and business. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, he opened his own health food store and organic smoothie bar. Erik used his business as a platform to educate his community about healthy eating and teach his customers to use discernment regarding misleading marketing tactics concerning healthy lifestyles.
