Erik did a phenomenal job as my realtor. I never thought I’d be selling my place. It was an emotional time for my son & I from situations that were out of our control. Erik was compassionate, upbeat, positive, aggressive, & extremely supportive while being professional & aggressive. He was able to get my place sold in less than 2 days. And busted his tail for the place I was buying, all while his children were swamped with extracurricular activities.
I couldn’t have had a better experience & would recommend this man to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Erik is the best realtor ever! Always working for us, advising us, sharing tips and connections that helped us complete all the requirements necessary in a real estate transaction.
Unlike many others who only focus on pushing people through the process, to maximize their chances of a successful closing (mainly at the expense of the client), Erik was truly our partner, and he focused completely on us being happy, both during the process but most importantly after the transaction was closed.
He's a rare find in the real estate agents world, and we're highly recommending him, and will always choose to work with him in the future.

Erik was my realtor while I was searching for my first home. He was extremely helpful! Being a first time home buyer, he walked through every home with me and kept his eye open for things that maybe I wouldn’t notice. He was honest and never pushy. I always felt like he was looking out for what would be in my best interest. At the beginning, he hooked me up with a mortgage agent, who was also wonderful, which made it easy on me as I was learning as I went. I would highly recommend Erik to a family member or friend.
