A native San Diegan Erik Romero has spent his entire career dedicated to the intricate facets within the real estate industry. In 2005, he commenced his career as an investment research analyst for one of San Diego’s most prominent multi-family brokerage firms. From there he transitioned to the sales and acquisitions division selling apartment complexes. Working in this high-level environment, Erik gained his experience in transaction negotiation, income expense analysis and innovative marketing strategies.

In 2008, Erik came to the realization that helping clients find their dream homes and assisting them in selling their most valuable assets was more gratifying than selling apartment complexes. Throughout this time Erik has geared his expertise into the luxury real estate market with a primary focus as a listing agent.
