Erika Dickey

Erika Dickey is an economist at the core. An Arizona native, she graduated first in her class at The University of Arizona in Business Economics and rapidly began putting her business acumen to use in development at the Eller College of Business and UofA Foundation in Phoenix. This quantitative background allows her to provide her clients with quality research and valuable market insights.

Erika began her real estate career 2005 as a member of the executive committee responsible for launching Equitable, a luxury real estate company. From its successful start as a boutique agency to joining forces with Russ Lyon and bringing the Sotheby’s brand to Arizona, she has had invaluable experience both behind the scenes and on the front line of one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the country.

Real estate is all about community and Erika is dedicated to it. From being a founding board member of WoMAC at the Phoenix Art Museum to serving on the numerous other boards and committees including PANDA and Eller College Associates at the University of Arizona, Cardon Children’s Medical Center at Banner Hospital, Barrow Beyond at Barrow Neurological Institute and Heart Ball with American Heart Association. Erika demonstrates her passion for the community in and out of the office.
