I have bought and sold with Erika five separate times since 2014. She is the consummate real estate professional. If integrity matters to you, she is the one. Real estate transactions often bring out the worst in people and she has a way of smoothing things over so that all parties involved remain calm and cool. When things get challenging, she always an advocate for her clients' best interests and get's the deal done. She's kind beyond measure and is willing to step outside the routine realtor role to do the right thing. The universe needs more realtors like Erika.

Erika did a great job on this transaction. It was a short sale and she coordinated the closing very well and had to work through issues for several months. It all closed without a hitch and the timing worked out very well! Erika gave us the red carpet treatment in finding a home. She was very comprehensive in our meetings in mapping out where we wanted to be, pros and cons to the homes, and just a sense of transparency. She was incredibly communicative, and even more responsive when it came to viewing homes. Even after our home purchase, she has helped navigate different previous homeowner purchase items etc. A true consultative partner that we were lucky to have!

Erika is a gem of a realtor. I came into the home buying process with a ton of questions and brand new to the game and Erika was instrumental to my ability to find the right home for me. She never at any point rushed me, or made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I found her insight to be knowledgeable and honest and most importantly accurate. Erika is simply the best! She helped us with the purchase of our first home in 2012 and had such a pleasant experience with her, it was definitely a no-brainer to use her again for the sale/purchase process again.

She is very flexible with her time and was available whenever we needed her. A perfect example of this was our first day engaging her. A house went on the market and we reached out to her within a few minutes of the posting, Erika had us in the house for a showing within 2 hours.

Look no further for your realtor! Erika is efficient, knows her stuff, and thorough! I sold my home with her and she patiently walked me through every step of the process and answered every question I had. In the first time walking through my home, she gave me some great tips on refreshing the home and making it marketable. She also has a contact for every person. Paint refresh?
