Erika began her mortgage lending career in 1986, learning the business from the operations side which prepared her well for a career in the Wholesale Marketplace. For 20 plus years, she has developed strong relationships with lenders, underwriters, realtors and other originators. As the mortgage industry evolved and regulatory changes became a fact of life , she positioned herself to become a leader in training and educating clients on the important details that are needed to close a home loan with quality and integrity.
