Working with Erika and Joe was wonderful. I was initially on a fence selling my townhouse and finding a new home but at the end Erika found our Forever Home. We cannot Thank her enough; this was a home that we skipped during our search online. This is an example that Erika takes in account our needs and with her market experience and knowledge she pointed/guided us to a home we now Enjoy and Love. She listened to our desires, asked thoughtful and pointed questions, and advised us on the proper path. During the negotiation phase, she was able to provide advice and direction on various repairs and refurbishments. Her insights and recommendations during the searching phase and the negotiation phase were proof that she listened and understood our goals. On the sale of our house she was direct and prepared.
