Erika was such helping hand in selling our house. She was awesome at the paperwork side of selling and even took us to a couple houses when we weren’t sure if we wanted to buy or build. She also put us in contact with builders when we decided to go that route. She was so very helpful all around!

We had quite an adventure, trying to sell my fathers house after he passed. To say that it was an emotional roller coaster for me is an understatement. I could not have made it through this process without the support and love of my realtor, Erika Lopez. She talked me off the walls when the deals fell through always had a positive attitude went way beyond. What a realtor would do for you. I met Erika during a first time homebuyer info session. I was in the process of selling my home due to divorce. She was empathetic to the difficult situation. Erika did everything you would expect from a great agent. Her communication was excellent, she showed me potential homes, returned calls and educated me throughout the process. I called, texted, email during non office hours and she responded in a timely manner all while multitasking other properties she was handling. She didn’t miss a beat. I felt comfortable that she did everything that needed to be done as well as allowing my input and concerns. I’m overall pleased with the services she provided during the selling of my home. When I’m ready to purchase she will be who I call.
