Erika is amazing! She cares about each client and their unique needs while going above and beyond to find (or sell) their home. She is fast to respond, will always go the extra mile and more importantly is on your side throughout the process. Erika Moyer is not your regular agent; she is a fantastic realtor; I am so grateful to have met her and have her as my agent. I will start from the beginning. My husband and I went to an open house and loved the house but did not have an agent. Erika was helping the listing agent and I explained to her that we wanted to put a bid on the house but did not have an agent. All bids on the house were due that day by 6pm and it was 1pm. Once the open house was over, she immediately called, did the offer for us, and submitted it. The house had about 9 other offers on it. She continually contacted us with updates. By around 9pm we won the bid!

My husband and I then asked her to help us sell our house since it was not on the market yet, she immediately came and evaluated the home. Explained how we should stage the home to sell and discussed how much we should put the house in the market. Erika was very gracious and shared staging items for showings and an open house. Advised as to where we should move things to look better, wonderful with staging! We placed the house on the Market on a Friday and by Monday had 3 offers.
During all this we had some issues with the purchase of the house, and she continually helped us and provided my broker with documentation without wasting time, extremely responsive, which is very rare in the current market. Erika provided us with moving companies along with other helpful information. She helped with everything and even helped with the process of renting the house we sold and the rental for the house we purchased until we could move into the new home. Guided us with the walk-throughs on the two houses after the rentals were over. Erika even got us extra cash during the settlement. This woman does not sleep, I do not know how she does it along with other clients and a personal life. She did everything with a smile and a calming tone which helped during such difficult transactions. If you are looking for someone that will hold your hand this is her, Erika Moyer. We would not have survived without her, and I thank my lucky stars for such a wonderful person. We consider her family; she made us feel like we were family and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
