ERIKA PLEDGER

Originally from North Carolina, Erika grew up in a military family constantly moving across the world. Erika graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2010 with a degree in Communications and Public Relations. In 2011, Erika moved to Jacksonville with her husband where they built their first home together in 2014. During the building process, Erika fell in love with real estate and the entire process. That same year, she joined Cole Slate, and they formed The Cole Slate Team.

Since 2015, Erika has been a Listing Specialist, guiding sellers through the process of listing and selling their homes. She has a passion for helping others and strives to provide the best customer service. In November of 2020, Slate Real Estate was formed, and Erika teamed up with Yordan Polanco (Buyer Specialist) to establish The Pledger & Polanco Team. She currently resides in St. Johns County with her husband, Brandon, and her son, CJ.
