As first time homebuyers, we weren't really sure where to start and we were really concerned about getting taken advantage of in the seller's market. Erika was patient and kind with us, and it felt like she knew what we wanted before we even did! She was candid and honest and really helped us understand what the home buying process should look like. Erika was also our biggest advocate and truly wanted us to be happy. Erika was amazing to work with. She made the whole experience of searching, finding and closing on our house smooth and easy. We have impossible schedules with work and kids and sporting events and she went above and beyond to accommodate us and be there whenever we needed! House hunting can be hard and discouraging at times but Erika has such enthusiasm and a great positive attitude and was determined to find us the perfect home for our family!! She really got to know our family and understand exactly what we wanted and needed out of a house. She was there through every step of the process to explain things we did not understand and really make us feel safe with our decisions and never rushed or pressured. Erika was so amazing. I was a first time home buyer who was ready to give up after feeling like I was going in circles with the people who were helping me prior. My sister finally gave me Erika’s number (who just helped her buy a beautiful home) and there was finally a light at the end of the tunnel!!! I would not be in my current house if it were not for her. From guiding me to the correct mortgage company to then saving the entire deal when we thought it was lost. She’s the best.
