Erin Bohannon

Erin chose to become a realtor when seeking a career that combined her business background with her passion for home design. With the multitude of neighborhoods and houses available on the market, her goal is to understand her client’s needs and desires, helping them find the perfect place to call home. For her, buying a home is more than just purchasing four walls and a roof, but helping people envision where many of life’s milestones will occur.

After graduating from the University of Richmond and earning her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, Erin embarked upon a successful business career that included positions as an auditor with a Big 4 accounting firm, a fund manager with a Washington, D.C. based private equity firm and as a consultant in business intelligence with a telecommunications company. In March of 2015, Erin began her real estate career at a nationally renowned brokerage as a member of one of the top teams in the Midlothian area. In July of 2016, Erin established herself as owner of her own business, Your RVA Home, LLC, which allows her to serve as an independent agent representing buyers, sellers, and investors in their real estate transactions.

In 2018, she was recognized as one of the top producers in her brokerage’s Midlothian office and was invited to serve as a member of the firm’s Agent Leadership Council, where she served as a trainer, mentor and assisted with setting standards and making decisions for the office and its 180+ agents. In February of 2020, Erin joined Coach House Realty, a boutique real estate firm in the metro Richmond area.

Erin, her husband Robb, and daughters Heidi and Charlotte have been rooted in the Richmond area since 2013, specifically in the community of Midlothian. In her spare time, Erin enjoys running, home organization and design, and entertaining. She and her family attend Hope Church in Richmond. Erin also serves as a Girl Scout leader for Troop 128, an active troop of 19 fourth grade Brownies!
