We worked with Erin in buying our home in Westminster. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to show us homes that truly met our needs and wants. There was no wasted time seeing properties that didn't fit our requirements or were out of budget. We really appreciated that she listened to us and then found homes that we could see ourselves living in! She was so helpful in negotiating the offer and contract terms and we felt that both us, and the sellers, came away with what we wanted for financial terms. I can't recall one thing that glitched or went wrong. Erin kept us informed every step of the way and was with us at closing as well. We would 100% work with Erin again when we go to sell our house and I can unequivocally recommend her to any buyer or seller who wants someone who knows the Denver Metro & Colorado market and will work diligently on behalf of her clients!
