Erin Draffin

After moving from Charlotte to Columbia in 2009 to attend the University of South Carolina, Erin quickly fell in love with the Midlands and made it home. She built a strong foundation in sales and marketing before transitioning into real estate, where she spent six years with a national home builder guiding clients through the new construction process and earning regional awards for customer service and sales. Now in general brokerage, Erin serves a wide range of clients across both new construction and resale, bringing clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm, solution-oriented approach to every transaction. She is passionate about making the buying and selling process smooth, enjoyable, and confidence-inspiring from start to finish. Outside of real estate, she enjoys playing tennis, exploring local restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and visiting Columbia’s local breweries.
