Erin worked diligently to find renters for our property in 2020, when we were unsure if we wanted to sell our home. After a year of renting our home out we chose to sell and again Erin was on top of every detail, she left no stone unturned! From listing to showing to closing Erin took care of everything. The process was easy with a seasoned realtor handling the listing. The home was listed and sold within 30 Days, again with a great realtor I expected nothing less.

You won't regret working with Erin. This was the first home i've purchased and not once through the whole process did I feel lost. Erin was always quick to respond, always willing to work around my schedule and was always willing to put the time and effort to ensure that we were taken care of.

Some real estate agents are just in it for the sale, Erin is the exact opposite. She really does care and really wants the best for her clients. Trust me on this, work with Erin. I know I will be in the future.

As everyone knows moving is extremely stressful. We all have busy lives with a lot going on. This is why you "NEED" Erin.
Erin is on top of everything, and is more like a good friend than a realtor. We just told her what we needed and she took it from there. She sent us listings of everything available and when we saw something we liked she had us into see the property immediately.
Also, a added benefit is that she is always smiling and a pleasure to be with.
I would recommend her to friends, family or anyone looking to move weather it's to buy or a rental. Erin is the best.

Erin truly did an amazing job finding the perfect home that fit all our needs. She actually listened to what we were looking for, spent many trips out showing us around different properties, very punctual and personable. And when it came down to making our final decision on the wonderful home that she found us, she continued to actively be there every step of the way with any questions or concerns for our landlord that we may have not foreseen. Erin really made my family and I cared for by assisting in the entire process and we very much appreciate her for that.

Erin took her time to make us feel like her only client. She is very patient and also helped us with what homes we wanted to search for.
She had everything prepared and scheduled in an organized manner. If she didnt know the answer to a question she would find out that day and respond to us with an abundance of information! She is such a pleasure and so happy she helped us find our home.
