From advice on home renovation is you want to enhance value, to understanding the market, whether buying or selling, or finding the home that is right for your family, Erin puts her heart into the process. She gets to know the people she is working with, understanding the concerns, needs, desires and then helps to find them their forever home. Her knowledge of Arlington Heights is impressive, but she is also well versed across the north shore and can give insightful and impactful information to families determining where to begin their search. I am grateful to know Erin is in my corner when I need a top notch real estate agent, but also when I need the support and guidance during a potentially stressful time (as home selling and buying can be). They don't come much better, so you don't need to look elsewhere - Erin is simply the best.

Erin helped us in securing our new home. She was quick to respond to my wife and I's numerous questions. She was able to explain the steps along the way, and exceeded our expectations. She was able to answer questions about the neighborhood we were going into and helped us connect with the school for our daughters. We basically had no clue on what to do about how to transfer our daughter into the new school, but with her guidance, we were able to connect with the school system. We appreciated her hard work and are so grateful to have met her and cannot wait to refer Erin to our friends and family! Erin really helped us throughout this process and she has become more than a realtor to us, she became our neighbor as well!

I can not express how much I loved working with Erin. She took her time in finding me and my two boys the perfect house to rent.
