Erin Gannett

As a mother three children and someone who has had to move numerous times for her husband's job, Erin Gannett understands the importance of finding the perfect place to call home. Erin fell in love with Charlotte when she first moved here back in 2002, she always knew Charlotte was the place to call home and raise a family.

Erin has always had a passion for real estate and loves nothing more than helping others in finding the perfect home. A home is not just a place to come back to at the end of the day or a place to keep your possessions. A home is the foundation for a lifetime of memories for you and your family!

Erin grew up in Virginia and attended Virginia Tech where I received my BS Marketing Management and BA Communications and served as President of the Class of 2002 for all four years as well as Panhellenic President and other leadership positions. She then went on to receive her MBA from the University of Florida. In addition to experience working in new homes sales, she has also worked as a consultant for Accenture and in pharmaceutical sales for 8 years. Erin has been back in real estate for the past 9 years and is thankful each day she gets to wake up and do what she loves!
As for her community involvement, Erin is an active member of Ballantyne Country Club, attends Forest Hill Church and is an active parent volunteer at Charlotte Latin School, as well as Charlotte Soccer Academy. When she is not working you will fill find her playing almost any sport, working out, or just enjoying spending time with her family.
