Hi, I'm Erin! I am a licensed Broker Associate at Garrett Realty and I have been selling real estate in Gainesville since 2016. To date, I have sold over 125 properties, and my focus is on residential real estate. I am a local, so I'm very familiar with North Central Florida and all that it has to offer. For me the natural springs, rivers and hiking trails are the best parts of our area. Not surprisingly, my formal education is in Environmental Science, in which I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida - Go Bulls!
