Erin is a second-generation realtor and have been in Charlotte since 1998. Erin genuinely cares about her clients and focuses on their needs and objectives. Her main goal is to build lifelong relationships and friendships with her clients by providing unparalleled service, advice, marketing and creativity.
Erin calls many of her clients friends and will focus on their needs and listen to what they say. She pays attention to the wish lists of her clients and work incredibly hard to make their wishes come true. Erin is more interested in her clients and their families than in making the sale. She genuinely believes that doing what is right for her clients is the most important thing and helps support her goal of building long term relationships.
In addition to Erin’s real estate experience, she has extensive experience in marketing, sales and negotiation, graphic design, and photography. This experience helps Erin in a challenging real estate market because she is extremely creative in finding ways to either locate the perfect property or bring a property to market.
Erin and her husband Brad moved to Charlotte from Kansas in 1998, after having most of their lives in Oklahoma. They absolutely love Charlotte and are so happy this is where they call home. Both of their kids were born here. Erin and her family love playing tennis and anything outdoors. Their son plays lacrosse and football and daughter plays volleyball. When on vacation, they enjoy going to the mountains in Highlands, NC, or to many of the close beaches.
