Erin was a godsend to us. We lived in Maryland and were moving to the area to be near 2 of our sons and their families. She always went out of her way to find exactly what we wanted even when we changed what we wanted. She emailed us pictures of lots, houses after she visited each site. She was available each time we came down for a visit and spent as much time as we needed to see all the sites. After we made our decision on the perfect house for us, she would keep us updated on its progress and sent photos. She made the whole experience so much easier and stress free. She receives an A+++. We highly recommend her.
