We worked with Erin to purchase our first home in Moraga. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the home buying process. She showed us homes that met our needs and gave us guidance on what matters when buying a home. She explained issues on some of the homes we viewed that would have been money pits. We found an almost perfect home on our first purchase and I cannot recommend her enough.

Erin helped my husband and I buy our first home in Moraga. We didn't really know the area well having primarily lived on the peninsula or in the city itself. And, I was also pregnant during our search for the right home. We were doing a lot of pre-work and extra work to visit open houses, and to get a feel for location and criteria that were important to us in this first home.

When we started working with Erin, it just made our whole process so much smoother and efficient. She was extremely responsive, helped cut homes from our list before we even needed to make the trek over to see the home, and brought new homes (esp not yet listed ones) to our attention when she found a home that felt like the perfect fit for us. It made a huge difference to our search!

More importantly, we love that Erin is no-BS, tells-it-like-it-is with us. And, she and the whole Olsen team have been a great resource to us as we prep the house before we move, even after the sale. It's clear she and the team really care about their clients and building lasting relationships. We'd highly recommend!

Erin recently represented my husband and I when we bought a house in Moraga. She responded quickly to our calls and requests, showing us properties before we made the purchase, determining what we were looking for, rendering advice and explaining different areas of the town. She guided us through the buying process, acted upon small matters that needed attention with the house, recently came by after we moved in and has continued to keep in touch with recommendations for contractors, etc. She's charming and was a pleasure to work with.
