Erin helped us buy a house and sell our old condo. We had great experience in both cases.
Our condo was particularly challening to sell. Erin was there nearly every weekend for open houses. The neighbors also liked how nice and considerate she was toward them.

From first contact to closing, Erin provided the most important thing a Realtor can, peace of mind. At our first meeting I knew that Erin was who we were looking for, confident, professional, and personable, without any of the aggressive vibes you sometimes find with Realtors in strong markets.

My Wife and I were already in our new home out of state, while Erin coordinated everything from simple cleaning to more significant repairs. Getting the house stood up and ready to sell was just the start though.

Erin also managed my Wife and I very well, she pushed when we needed to be pushed, held our hands as required, and provided a beacon that kept us from freaking out as a normally aggressive Seattle market ground to a halt over the Holidays. No small feat as I am somewhat prone to freaking out, and I really really wanted to freak out. Erin though, just wouldn't let me gain any momentum, and moved ahead confidently leading the way.

We finally closed last week, ending what had turned into quite a stressful slog. Without Erin's consistent professionalism, positive energy, and confidence (and some hand holding) the process could have been a disaster. Over and over she went above and beyond, looking out for us as if we were family and it's this sort of thing that's hard to quantify meaningfully in a short (or not so short) review. Awesome doesn't really cover it.

Bottom line, If you have the opportunity to work with Erin, DO IT. It's one decision that you can be confident is correct, and will make all the following decisions you've got to make much easier.

Erin helped us sell my husband's old house. She was so enthusiastic! She gave us good advice and scheduled multiple open houses. In the end, she brought in several offers and we sold the house for more than asking price. Couldn't ask for better than that!

I have known Erin for several years. She is experienced, capable and honest. Erin and her team bought and sold houses for us as buyer and seller brokers. The last house sale was challenging as our house was close to freeway with unbearable traffic noise. Erin delivered and sold the house for the price we wanted in a timely manner!
