Erin is the best agent we've worked with - our first experience with her was when we were looking to get in a particular neighborhood and she was able to find us a few choices. Ultimately the one we rented was one of the best places we've lived. Then when we were ready to buy two years later, Erin took the time to take us around to look at a variety of options.

Erin is "no-nonsense" - several times we looked at homes that we were excited about but she was quick to point out issues that we hadn't seen or considered - I can only imagine the headaches that she saved us from down the road. When we did find the home we wanted, she led us through the process, step-by-step, and provided a wealth of knowledge.

When we are ready to sell our current home, Erin will be the first call we make. And as long as we live in this region, she will be our agent - she's that good!

Erin is aces! We had been looking for the right house for (literally) years and needed to do a home contingency sale to buy. Erin made an extremely stressful process feel seamless and EASY. She helped us: quickly see homes we were interested in, provide in-depth knowledge regarding house histories and community, price our current home appropriately, and stage our existing home (photographed beautifully!). Over the years my husband and I have encountered many different realtors and used several for the houses we have owned, and Erin stands out as one of the best. She is honest, reliable, and hardworking and very knowledgeable about not only local real estate conditions currently and historically, but also all aspects of the buying process. Even while juggling significant personal challenges, Erin always made time for us and answered our questions, of which we had many. We were very specific in what we were looking for, a fixer upper, and Erin never tried pressuring us into different kinds of properties. She worked with us patiently for months. We impulse bought an apt. with Erin's help. And since this is kind of a rash and big thing to do, it took some emotional and intellectual labor. Erin was fantastic and so patient with us, willing to show us the apt repeatedly, to meet us there with a contractor, to show us a number of comparable properties so that we could assess the market in a really brief time.
