Erin was absolutely lovely!!! She made everything so easy for me being a first time homebuyer, and helped me through every step. She was always available to take my calls or texts and explain anything I needed explained. My work days are long, and she was always so nice and worked around my last minute work schedule when I found a house I wanted to see, and without her being so awesome, I wouldn’t have been able to get the house I did. Erin suggested awesome terms for my offer, and without her being so professional and on point, I wouldn’t have been able to get this wonderful home!

Erin helped us with a tough house sale, navigating through difficulties of it being an estate sale involving multiple siblings, requirements for the reverse mortgage company, many home repairs, an unfamiliar market outside of Portland, and all during the COVID-19 outbreak when no open houses were allowed. She has a great list of resources from roofers to pest control and got us the best deals with her killer negotiating skills. She even offered to pay for the staging since we were working within a tight budget. Unfortunately the appraisal came in $9K under the sale price because of the local market conditions and lack of comps in the area, nothing we could do about that. Erin stuck with us for the 2-3 months it took to get the house listed and stayed on top of it through closing, when we had even more hoops to jump through due to title issues. Highly recommend Erin - she's a go-getter and a closer!

I didn't have much time to devote to house hunting so she did lots of work to narrow down houses that met my criteria and always debriefed after house tours to refine her searches so I found a great place. She made the purchase so easy and did a great job figuring out the fair price to offer for the house I wanted. She then sold my old house for over asking.

Erin is fearless. She did a great jobs finding us the house of our dreams. We came to her after having a bad experience with a previous agent who only wanted to make a quick sale. Erin had the patience we needed to figure out exactly what we wanted. Not an easy task because we weren't sure either. But we never felt hurried or hassled to make an offer if we weren't feeling sure. She was diligent about scouting properties, sending us listings every other day. When we went to look at properties, she was relentless about getting information on the property. She asked questions to neighbors, tenants, sellers agents etc...
I would highly recommend her. She is an Oregon native and knows real estate both in Portland and out.
You can't go wrong with Erin Middleton in your corner.
