Erin Mott

Erin began her real estate apprenticeship in 2003 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2004. She obtained her Broker License in 2006. Erin is honest and ethical. She does not believe in unnecessary sales pressure and vows to advocate for her clients. Her comprehensive background in accounting and her understanding of the financing process can offer added guidance to her clients. Raised in San Luis Obispo, Erin is proficient in local knowledge and Abode Central Coast is ready to help.

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. Recruited by one of the top 5 accounting firms, she worked as an auditor in the Bay Area and Orange County and earned her CPA license. Erin is married to her high school sweetheart, Bill Mott, and lives in San Luis Obispo with their two sons, ages 11 and 13.
