Working with Erin was a fantastic experience. From the start, we were set on one particular development and Erin made it possible for us to buy there. Because of how well Erin advocated for us with the seller, we were the first call they made when their original contract fell through. Soon after we got connected with her, we were under contract on our dream house within a month! Erin has been my realtor multiple times. She is absolutely outstanding and highly professional. One of the many things that I appreciate about her is she has mastery of her profession and is in full control of the process. Buying/selling homes is difficult and stressful for the customer. She never leaves anything in doubt or unknown. She supports you every step of the way and prepares you for what is coming next.
Additionally, Erin has a very good eye for decorating and aesthetics. When selling your home she can take a piece of furniture, move it, and transform the space into something highly attractive to buyers. She is very honest about what you need to do to be successful and equally the things in which you don't need that waste time and money.

We tried to sell our house a couple of times and for whatever reason it just didn’t work out. This time around we called Erin O’Donnell and she was a rainmaker. She had a vision for our house, knew what needed to be done, had the resources to make the upgrades painless, such as great relationships with contractors and deep knowledge of all-things house. She helped us keep to a schedule, made the staging of the house absolutely gorgeous and handled a million details at once. Her communication style is prompt, upbeat, professional and helpful – empathetic, but also firm when she is advocating for you.

There were so many people interested in our house and Erin O’Donnell managed a COVID-safe showing process. We had multiple offers and got more than we were asking for. I highly recommend Erin O'Donnell of Village Realty. She helped my wife and I find a place for my mom. I was not sure what exactly we were looking for so it took a while and we looked at many places in a number of different places (Franklin, Green Hills, Nashville, Nolensville, Brentwood, Thompson Station) but Erin patiently helped every step of the way and was always willing to send new property notices and set up showings right away.
